The exterior of the villa is dominated by the surrounding stone-tiled sun terrace fully equipped with garden furniture, partly shaded by wooden pergola. Stone sills provide a certain degree of privacy from the neighbouring equivalent level villas and residents. As you step inside, you find yourself into a large open plan lounge consisting of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen - all separated by arches and stone steps. An interior staircase leads to the first floor where the two twin bedrooms have their private sea view balcony. Worth mentioning are the interior roofs decorated by traditional style wooden logs and the floors which are wooden in bedrooms and engraved marble in hallways and ground floor lounge.

Villa Haliotis is a private villa, sister to Kohilia, built in its own landscaped terrace, part of a large property on the slope of Aghios Ioannis opposite Delos.
