Villa Ilios and Selene

This fully restored villa property, a smooth, rounded-edge canava, features two fully independent villas, one upstairs and one on the ground level. The beautiful white decor has hot spots of color creating a modern, contemporary design that blends perfectly with the blue of the sky and the sea. The two villa sections are rented as one and are perfect for small family get-togethers or two close couples together on holiday (maximum five persons).

Ilios, the villa's top level unit, consists of a compact kitchenette, small living area facing floor to ceiling glass windows giving access to a small shaded terrace with magnificent sea views. It has a downstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all in a chic, minimalist style. Access is via a separate outdoor staircase.

Selene, on the lower level beneath Ilios, is the villa's main focal point. Its indoor, open-plan dining & living area is of contemporary style with an all-white decor contrasted by deep-red upholstering, and minimal furniture. Directly adjoining this dining area and front terrace is a fully-equipped kitchen with stunning sea views. The master bedroom at the back has a spacious dressing room and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The full-size front picture window overlooking the terrace creates a light-filled interior. The terrace offers outstanding views of the Caldera and its surroundings.

The villa as a whole has two double bedrooms with en suite baths; 2 verandas with sun beds; fully equipped kitchenettes with 4-ring oven top, fridge, coffee maker & kettle, crockery & cutlery, pots & pans & electric barbeque; satellite TV with DVD player, plus a collection of books, DVDs and CDs. Daily housekeeping service is provided, along with bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers and guest amenities. The villa booking also includes a late model car with manual transmission.
