The villas are classified by type. The Elounda Villas have two master bedrooms with en suite baths, and the Aegean Villas have one master bedroom en suite, plus two additional bedrooms with shared bath. They range in size from 100 to 150 sq. meters, and can accommodate up to six persons. Both villa categories include a fireplace in the living room.
The Mediterranean Villas have three master bedrooms, all en suite, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas. They range in size from 120 to 150 sq. meters and accommodate six persons.
The Spa Villas all feature a fitness room, sauna, steam, and Jacuzzi. They range from one to four bedrooms, and all have private infinity pools. The smallest are the Superior Spa Villas of one bedroom with capacity of three persons. The Executive Spa Villas accommodate four guests with 150 to 200 sq. meters.
The Presidential Spa Villas range in size from 180 to 250 sq. meters and accommodate 6 persons with three master bedrooms, all en suite.
The jewel in the crown is the Royal Spa Villa with four bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas, with a jaw-dropping view, and 350 sq. meters of outstanding interior space, suitable for up to 8 persons.
Every villa has a large living room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen. The interior design and furnishings are exceptional, as are the small details that you'd expect from a luxury accommodation. Every swimming pool has a sun terrace with lounges.
