Hotel “Finlandia” is a 4* hotel estate in Pamporovo resort that opened in December 2000. It offers to its guests modern and cosy hotel equipment as well as a big variety of facilities for pleasure and entertainment.
The hotel has 153 beds in 67 spacious rooms and suites with balconies and bath-tubs. Centrally heated in winter, the rooms are furnished to a high standard and include satellite TV, telephone, minibar and 24 hour room service in addition to all the facilities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Accommodation is available in 20 twin rooms, 20 triple and 1 single rooms, 9 twin deluxe rooms, 13 suites and 4 deluxe suites featuring an operating fireplace.
The Hotel's Classic Restaurant seating 90 persons offers buffet breakfast and daily table d'hote menus in the evening. There are also a Barbecue Restaurant with charcoal-grilled specialties, a national style Tavern with typical Balkan music, delicious meals and famous wines, a Lobby-bar and a Night-club.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the health center which has an indoor swimming-pool, sauna, massage, gym, Jacuzzi and a steam-bath completed with medical supervision. Sport facilities include table tennis, billiards, games room, ski-room and ski-school in winter and guided walking tours and mountain-bike tours in summer. There is also a ski-kindergarten under professional supervision.
| Situated amidst evergreen pine forests at the mountain resort of Pamporovo, 80 kilometers north of Plovdiv and 200 kilometers from the capital Sofia. Although in a quiet area, Hotel Finlandia is just 800 m from the lifts and ski-runs and within walking distance from the noisy hustle and bustle of the resort center. Even so a shuttle bus is running free services throughout the day for our guests. |
