Rethymno Mare offers a good variety of accommodation and a great deal of facilities and recreation for both adults and children. Since it is situated in the village of Scaleta, there are plenty of opportunities for shopping and entertainment, and the beach is situated 100 meters from the hotel (accessed by tunnel and lift).
This very pretty complex offers 40 standard guest rooms, 66 Superior rooms, 40 family suites and 6 units with shared pool. Balcony views are garden or sea, depending on location within the premises.
All of the accommodation is well outfitted with air conditioning/heating, color satellite television, direct-dial telephone, mini fridge, and private bathroom with telephone and hairdryer. The Superior rooms also include bathrobes and slippers, beach and pool towels, tea/coffee making facilities, and upon arrival, wine, mineral water, fruit and flowers (free of charge).
The hotel facilities are excellent and include a main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a Chinese restaurant, Greek taverna, two cafeterias, and two pool snack bars.
Two large fresh water pools are available, both with sun terraces, umbrellas and sunbeds. There are also two children's pools, a playground, mini club and animation. For recreation, there is a tennis court, games room, badminton, archery, beach volley, and an assortment of other activities.
The hotel has an all-purpose mini market, Internet Corner, and two conference centers for 120 and 180 persons, respectively.
The organized beach is reached by tunnel and lift, 100 meters from the hotel. Sun beds and umbrellas are free to guests taking the All Inclusive program.
