A cluster of three buildings, offering a variety of different types of accommodation, all come together at the central swimming pool.
Building Nefeli offers standard and executive rooms and suites designed in contemporary style and with air conditioning and heating, direct-dial telephone, color television, hairdryer, and mini bar. All have private bath with shower cabin. Suites have loft bedrooms and accommodation up to four persons, with Jacuzzi bath.
The Petrino Building has four units, two on the ground floor for two persons each, and two on the first floor for up to four guests, with loft bedrooms. Here, all of the units are furnished with antiques in traditional island style. Amenities are the same as in the Nefeli Building and include kitchenette. Petrino has views of the swimming pool and Lycomides Caste.
Building Dimitrios offers seven apartments in typical split-level Skyrian residential design, with bathroom on the lower level, living room in the middle level, and loft bedroom above. Upper floor units have fireplace. Furnishings are a nice mix of modern and traditional. Amenities are the same as in the Nefeli Building.
The facilities of the hotel include its large seawater swimming pool, pool bar, a la carte restaurant, children's playground, and Internet Corner.
