Adonis Villas

These two new villas offer a variety of possibilities for large families or groups of friends who wish to holiday together and have the beach right outside their doorsteps. They can be rented independently or taken as a whole.

The smaller Villa has two floors of 50 sq.m. (60 sq. yards) each with stairs leading to the upper floor. The Living-room, the kitchen and the dining room, fireplace, as well as a terrace facing the sea are on the first floor. One double and one twin bedroom with separate bathrooms are on the second floor, with balconies facing the sea. Here you can accommodate four persons.

Another 50 sq.m. are on the lower sunny basement level which has an additional bedroom, play room and utility room and accommodates another two persons.

The larger Villa has two floors of 100 sq.m. (120 sq. yards) each, with individual entrances, configured as individual apartments. Each floor is equipped with a living-room, a kitchen and a dining room, a fireplace and terraces facing the sea. Each floor has three sleeping-rooms and two bathrooms. Each floor accommodates 6 persons.

Another 100 sq.m. are offered on the lower sunny basement level, which has a bedroom, a utility room, a play room and other facilities. This area can accommodate two persons.

Both villas are fully equipped with mosquito screens, air conditioning, color television, radio, CD and DVD players, washing machines, and all linens. All kitchens have full-size appliances, plus coffee maker and kettle.

A lovely pergola connects the two villas offering sitting, breakfast and dining facilities in the shade. There is a beautifully landscaped garden and an outdoor BBQ. The property has an additional 4,000 sq. meters at the back, which can be used as a play area for children.
