Welcome to Kritinia!

On the west coast of Rhodes and home to a medieval castle perched on the hillside overlooking the sea, this tiny hamlet of only 650 inhabitants is surrounded by some of the loveliest wild landscape to be found on the island. There is an extraordinary view of the sea, looking out toward 7 nearby islands and islets. The tiny town has a café/grocery shop, and that’s about it! Kritinia is a delightful spot for guests looking for peace and quiet and wanting to explore the countryside. Not far away, along the coast, is the small fishing port of Kameiros Skala, where you’ll find tavernas featuring fresh fish.
