This lovely apartment complex is located in Oia, beautifully positioned to overlook the caldera and the volcano, offering panoramic views from each private balcony and veranda. Built in 1994 and totally renovated in 1998, every apartment is spacious and equipped with the latest amenities.

The complex was built in true Cycladic style and features a swimming pool and sun terrace, with superb views. Its location is ideal; the supermarket is only 60 meters away, and the public bus stop is just beside the hotel’s entrance.

In total, there are 22 units, divided among studios, apartments and suites. Many of the units feature the domed ceilings, recessed nooks, and built-in seating that is characteristic of Santorini design. Furnishings are quite traditional, rather than modern.

All of the units have air conditioning, a private bath, kitchen with mini fridge and utensils, satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, and balcony or veranda with volcano and sunset views. The suites are designed for two or four persons, and have a sitting room or living room. The grand suite, Nikos Villas Suite, is the largest and has two bedrooms and two baths, with a private entrance and terrace. This accommodates up to four persons.

The hotel also features a pool bar at the swimming pool, plus an outdoor cafe. Daily cleaning is provided, and the reception desk operates during day-time hours.
